Water off in Alsancak?

We have been without water since yesterday evening but seem to have credit on the meter ( not totally sure how to read the LCD yet, is there a definitive guide anywhere) we are in the village, can any one update me please

Just came back on again for about 5 minutes but has now gone again, anyone else experiencing this?

Water now back on at full pressure but I would still appreciate it if anyone could supply a link to a guide on how the card meters supplied by Alsancak belediyesi work. Thank you.

Water meter manual as I have in Karsiyaka (Lapta Belediyese); I assume they're the same in Alsancak...

We come under Alsancak but don't have that meter! We don't have to insert the card, only hold it against one end of the meter and press the button

There's a slightly different type here.......
