Mukhtars office Alsancak

Could somebody please tell me where to find the Mukhtars office in Alsancak.
Are there opening hours? Will be needing letters from him soon.

One of the Alsancak muhktars is the guy who owns the auto electrician's shop next to Ya Beles down on the main road. Should think is would be around most of the time.

He usually has a leisurely lunch 12-2pm

There are six Mukhtars that serve Alsancak and you really need to use the right one for your area of residence. If you go into the Alsancak municipality office (upstairs) with a utilities bill with your address on it they will be able to give you contact details of the one you require.
