Unfortunately it's just been announced another has died, so now 7 killed.

Today, sadly the number of fatalities has risen to 8, with the recovery of a body from the Thames.

Should we be more appalled at the killings because they involved people on our 'own turf' rather than in another Country?

Meanwhile, the atrocities being commited by I.S. elsewhere are somewhat under-reported, and under commented upon...

"The UN says at least 2,174 civilians have been killed and 1,516 injured across Nineveh province since the start of the Mosul offensive almost eight months ago"

"The UN said it had noted a "significant escalation" in such killings"

"Shooting children as they try to run to safety with their families"

"on Saturday, IS reportedly shot and killed at least 41 civilians as they attempted to flee Shifa"

"163 civilians were allegedly shot dead next to a Pepsi factory"

"On 26 May, militants reportedly shot at civilians trying to flee Shifa, killing 27 people, including 14 women and five children"

"231 Iraqi civilians have been killed by so-called Islamic State while attempting to flee Mosul over the past two weeks."

It is all so terrible and brutal that I just don't know how you can deal with it.
