Loucas Charalambous - Sunday Mail Columnist Dies
Loucas Charalambous, journalist has died. He wrote regularly for the Cyprus Mail.

One example of what he wrote back in 2014 and nothing seems to have changed as if he wrote it yesterday.

Every Sunday I looked forward to his honest, unbiased views of political life in Cyprus. I am choked that he is gone. He was a giant amongst minnows.

A great journalist who expressed his views with great clarity and insight. If he had been a politician, the Cyprus problem would have been solved years ago.

Sadly WotNoDeeds its not a perfect world and what we are left with are the twits who couldn't solve a game of hopscotch in a children playground.

I believe he had a role in founding the DISY party in the South, but may have left through disillusionment. I stand to be corrected by the more knowledgeable, of course.WotNoDeeds wrote:A great journalist who expressed his views with great clarity and insight. Very sad that we will no longer be able to read incisive comments and common sense about Cyprus from Loucas. He will be missed.
