A friend has recently purchased a villa with all Beko appliances . Anyone have a number for their customer service / repairs as the oven is not working ? Thanks .

Below are some contact details from the TRNC Online Telephone Directory -
there is a SERVIS number listed...

Before you ring them, do check that the clock on the cooker is set - if it isn't then it often stops the oven from working!

If they haven't got the instruction booklet for the appliance, they will be able to find it online, and most simple cooker timers work the same, so the setup instructions for a similar appliance would probably help...

I need to reset mine (a Bosch) every time that there's a power cut, but perhaps newer models have battery backup for the clocks - I wish!

It is handy!

You can use 'wildcards' (*) in searches if you don't know the full name (or have difficulty typing Turkish characters) - for instance I used ' *beko* ' as the 'search name', and you can also do a 'Reverse Search' so that if you know the number, it will tell you the name and address - it can sometimes be quite illuminating to realise to whom a number is actually registered...

Bear in mind that the numbers are all landline numbers, so generally, will require the prefix 0392, although I think that '444' numbers will work OK from a mobile, either with or without the prefix.
