Burglaries Esentepe

Two holiday homes in our street, beyond Sea Terra, were burgled sometime on Wednesday night/Thursday morning and I've just heard of another house closer to the village that seems to have been hit around the same time. Mainly money was taken but a few items of jewellery too. Two houses were robbed whilst the occupants were asleep upstairs and one when occupants were out. We live next door to one of the houses and didn't hear a thing, our dogs will bark if anyone comes near our place but were not alerted. All break-ins have been reported to the police. Just wondering if anyone else in the area has been affected, if so please report it so the police realise that these are not isolated incidents. I guess in the hot weather we're all guilty of leaving windows and doors open but need to be aware that there are thieves about.

Thanks for posting that come_on_aylin - forewarned is forearmed!!! too close for comfort, and you're right we're all guilty of leaving doors/windows open in this weather. Fortunately my dog would enjoy sinking his teeth into their legs! lol
