Personal Pacemaker / Defibrilator

I've recently had a pacemaker / defibrillator fitted in the UK. Doctors there told me I need to find a hospital here in Cyprus to have it checked / monitored regularly now I'm permanently living here.

Does anyone know of a hospital here where they have the computerised equipment for checking / regulating pacemakers?

If you cannot find one this side try contacting the American Medical Insitute (formerly American Heart Hospital) Tel: 00357 22819666 Ahi@cytanet.com.cy it is an excellent hospital & they keep your records so you have continuity of treatment.

Near East has the capabilities & so does Lefkosa state hospital according to the Medtronic rep who looked it up for us.
