Does anyone here who has a pacemaker fitted have it monitored and checked by computer in a TRNC hospital?
If so which hospital do you use?
If you don't have one do you know of a hospital that can monitor my recently fitted pacemaker please?

I answered the last time you posed the question recently.
According to the Medtronic Rep my husband saw in UK, both Near East & Lefkosa state hospital have the capabilities.

Thanks Dawnie1,
I didn't realise I'd posted the question before. I'll try the State Hospital first as I was admitted there 6 times last year and they'll be less expensive.

Remember it's Lefkosa & not Girne state hospital.

johnrebus, in an endeavour to help. On page 12 of the Cyprus Today newspaper dated 21 Oct there is an article released by the Lefkosa State Hospital's Chief Doctor stating that outpatients must have a previously arranged appointment. Cardiology is included in this ruling. Call 1101 or 1102 to organise an appointment. He adds, outpatients without an appointment, risk being turned away and not seeing a doctor.
