Esentepe Water

Hi Al. I'm considering a move to Esentepe. Can someone update me on the water supply situation, Cost, Meters, Supply etc....Thanks in advance.

Depends where in Esentepe you intend to move to. Has the property already got a new meter, supply etc. If not, the Bashkent is demanding over 5.5 K TL and no guaranteed supply. Recommend you look in a different area or rent and let the owner have the problem. And yes, I do live in the Esentepe catchment area, sadly!

Do your homework (literally) and you will be fine. Find a property already on the Turkish supply of which there are many, and water will be the least of your worries.

We also had this concern when looking to move to Esentepe over three years ago. Just check that the water supply is already up and running. Don't touch any properties that have promises that the pipes are going to be laid anytime soon.
We live in the village, and have never had to tanker water in pre Turkish water.
