WOW, that is an incredible amount 634 cats neutered, makes you wonder how many can be left.

I appreciate you can't possibly cover all NC but when I had my place at Tatlisu, there was no support from the management company, their answer was to inform the Belediyese who in turn resorted to poison, but of course it was nothing to do with the MC. Sadly there is a lack of vets way out east as well.

Still can't get over 634, brilliant job......... lets hope you beat that total in 2018.

A donation on the way

Well done, the cat population seems to be a multiplying one, and probably thankless but I for one are very grateful KAR have kept down the population in our street in Catalkoy.

The lovely thing i saw last year where i have been working is people coming together on sites and collecting a trap and cages from KAR along with the reduced cost ticket and getting the site cats neutered.
One lady who seemed to be in charge of the catching on one site said it was brought up at the site meeting and the cost was met by the site and between them the cost to neuter the onsite cats was fair. From what I gather they all admitted the cats were a problem but until she offered to catch them nobody really wanted the responsibility.

Yes I know some do not even pay their site maintenance and with the government having far more to worry about it will be down to the individuals who care. Lets hope there are a few and also people like me who don't want to get heavily involved but willing to pass a few pennies on...
