This year's Episkopi Bay-to-bay swim is on July 13th

The whole event is, as one would expect from the British military, very well organised. The swim is one nautical mile from. as the name suggests, one bay to another - both bays being part of the British base there. The entry fee is 20 Euros, but any money raised does go to charity.

The only real drawback is that it starts at 7am.

In any case, I felt one or two of you might be interested ... and I thought, if I post this now, it might give you some time to get some training in.
