Laptop cannot open BBC I player or ITV Hub??

This seems to be a really weird problem! Although I can open other websites & my internet connection is OK my laptop absolutely refuses to find BBC or ITV I get error messages 'can't reach this page' 'DNS server error' etc. They open straight away on my I-pad although say they only work in UK.
I have tried both Edge & Chrome but both the same.
I am using Streamvia streaming service which is not reporting any issues although I have not yet sent them a support ticket was waiting to see if anybody else is having issues or has any ideas please?

No, the app simply asks you the question, and you answer according to your conscience...

The whole point is my computer cannot even open the websites it is later on they say you cannot use them because you are not in UK

Edited....check with Streamvia first before you attempt anything else, just in case the problem lies there.

Streamvia have come up trumps they answered my support ticket straight away, apparently my account needed the IPS resetting this was not working on Edge as they have a bug but it worked on Safari.
Very impressed with their customer service, should have contacted them this morning!
