Same here, it's been intermittent for the past couple of days.

Who's your internet supplier, I've been with extent now for over 10 years and very rarely any problems. However it was down on Monday morning, one telephone call and it was back up in 15 minutes, excellent service.

Bob 4 - our internet provider (speaking on behalf of Harrythecod as well) is Multimax

They did come out and investigate today and installed a new receiving dish and was very helpful.

So cant fault the service - was working ok but now TV is playing up again.. maybe just not enough capacity on the fibre ...

Very frustrating.

No wonder the TV isn't working when you look at the speeds...

See attached.

I am using my UK mobile with wireless switched off and the mobile network is quicker than the internet!

It is imperative that you call or contact support when you actually have problem. It is much much easier to catch the culprit in action instead of trying to determine what could have been wrong several hours/days earlier.

Hi Kbasat,

We did report it when it was happening and as I mentioned above Multimax were helpful and came out a few hours later yesterday and installed a new dish and re-angled it.

Then around 21:00 last night it was very bad again and still bad today - so we will have to contact again

Thanks

I have been having the same issues for weeks now. The most stable channel on my tv is the black page with the blue line that runs across it, this is normally on most days but it does get interupted for a few seconds by another tv programm now and then. Laptop is also so slow, sometimes the message ' no internet connection ' comes up.
