iPad problem

I am trying to print a photo from the iPad, but when I go into print it only comes up in black and white. I have previously printed with no problems. There is no problem with the printer it seems to be the iPad, perhaps something I have changed without realising. Anybody have an idea?

when you send it to print usually the printer settings comes up first before it prints it may be set for black and white or draft its easy to change from there just check before you click the print button

Hi Andrew thanks for the reply, but when I go to print options do not come up, they used to but not now. Paper size comes up, but it will not let me even change that.

I had a problem printing after one of the last iOS updates and eventually uninstalled my printer app and reinstalled it and set it up again. Don’t know if this will sort your problem but it may be worth trying.
