Canopy for a Ford Ranger

Does anyone know I can purchase a canopy to fit a Ford Ranger pickup.

I have a Truck man top that came off a Mitsubushi pick up I imported. It is excellent quality cost about a grand in the UK . Not sure if it would fit. I Would accept 1500 TL for it. It cleans up like new. It is white but could be sprayed.
