timezone confusion

I understand that the time in North Cyprus is 3 hours ahead of UK.

According to the world clock on my iPhone at this moment, the time in
London is 18.38
Larnaca 20.38
Farmagusta 20.88. Should it not be 21.88?

Is the time in north cyprus 3 hours ahead of UK at the moment?

Turkey does not change time in the winter so the North appears on some phones as Turkey time 3 hrs difference
My android phone changes just as i drop into Girne so I manually set it and revert to network time setting when elsewhere in the world

It isn't this year. That only happened 2017 - 2018 when trnc opted not to change their clocks but stay with the same time as Turkey. 2018 - 2019 TRNC elected to change their clocks, thus having the hour difference with Turkey.
