Arcelik repair problems

Literally two weeks after the guarantee ran out the inverter a/c ceased to work. Repair guy says it’s the “ card “ and will have to come from Turkey. Twelve weeks later still waiting despite numerous calls to service department and the branch from which it was purchased. Banging heads against a brick wall comes to mind. Any thoughts as to an alternative repairer on the Alsancak side?
Disappointing service from a major company .

That's a shame, Arcelik have always been excellent in the past. The stores are a franchise, I believe, If you go to another arcelik shop and explain the situation they may be able to get you the card quicker.

Please name the branch so that one at least, can be avoided. Personally I've always had good service from Arcelik (Girne branch near police station) and will buy my appliances from them again as a result.

They have moved down the road! in the same road as LGW and elite but totally agree I have always had good service from Arcelik Service repairs

You could always ask Vaughan or Veli or Halos if they can be any help

I have been told that Arcelik do not supply parts to other competitors
