rubbish with computers and even more so with finance

reading on the web of the massive problems with the turkish lira my question is, is it still wise to have money in a sterling account in a turkish / north cypriot account? and if you had to move it where would you go, back to the uk or is there a better alternative? thanks

You could always put it in Euro or Dollar accounts, as I have, but I'm serious thinking of moving that out. Very little in sterling though. Who was it on this forum that went to Panama?

So it was. He was full of it when he first went over, but has been very quiet since. I wonder how he's doing? I doubt there is much in the way of Sterling there Thornaby.
