Wordpress for websites

Is there anyone on here that knows how to make amendments to websites using Wordpress?
I have all the amendments ready to go and I would imagine they are pretty straight forward for someone in the know!
I probably could do it myself at a pinch but the blood pressure would rise and the swear box would definitely get richer.
