Larger sized men's clothes
Any of you gentlemen out there that buy more generous sized clothes, where can they be found? My husband has lost weight and need slightly smaller ie 42/44 inch waist as what he had have gone to the NCCCT shop. Don't want expensive as he's still losing!

KAR shops, (GladRags in Karakum, and No 1shop in Girne) sell men's clothing. You would need to visit and check what is available.

Thanks but as I work in Heartbeat the NCCCT shop I am aware of all the charity shops. There must be somewhere that sell new larger sizes for men as there are a quite a few of them living here!

From what I see of a great many larger sized men here, they don't bother to find clothes that fit. They just waddle about with huge mountainous lumps of fat hanging over their trouser waist band. Ghastly sight.

I know, I cringe every time that I catch sight of myself in a shop window!sophie wrote:From what I see of a great many larger sized men here, they don't bother to find clothes that fit. They just waddle about with huge mountainous lumps of fat hanging over their trouser waist band. Ghastly sight.

Re: Larger sized men's clothes
So all you kibkom men are slim with six packs? I don't think so ! Photo evidence please.
As my husband has lost a lot of weight and actually reversed his diabetes he's done very well and still losing weight but some new pants that fit would be a treat and a boost for him. All the shops I have noticed here for men are young trendy places, bit of help please.

There is a shop opposite the car park in Girne. It is on the opposite side of the road as you enter the car park. Near the shop that sells electrical diy things. They sell bigger sizes for men and women

There is a shop on the same side where HSBC used to be, just a little way past the bank before you would turn right up to Kamiliou hospital. It used to have a huge manikin outside the shop that always made me smile!! Hope you find something in there for 'the man'

A tailor would make his items of clothing with room for alteration as he loses more weight.
