Rental tax

I have a rental property which is rented out in TL. I used to pay 2% tax on this because it was charged out in TL.
Anyone know if this has changed as I was charged 10% today.

The 2% was only for a limited period it has been 10% for quite a while now

Yes, 10% for a long time
