Looking for a portable induction hob

As per title, has anyone seen such a thing here? Something like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tefal-IH201840 ... lp_pl_dp_1
Haven't found any so far, just normal electric or gas single portables. have seen them online at some places south side, but was hoping to get this side if possible.

Mods have put this in General, as if people aren't signed in, they cannot see posts for Wanted items. I don't know why this is the case, but there must be a reason.

I'd never noticed that - how bizarre!

On closer inspection, there are a few other sections which are not viewable unless you're logged in.

Re. the induction hob - I got a built-in one from Domart, so it might be worth asking them if no one else comes up with anything...

Thanks Keith. It seems a bit odd to me too, as folk are always asking where to get things.

I will bear Domart in mind, but do not want a built in one at the moment. I looked at dual fuel and nearly collapsed at the prices for induction and gas.

I got one a while back from Teksan in the Airport Mall. Not as fancy as the one in you link to Amazon, and less pricey.

If you can’t locate one in North then Ikea sell single induction. We have one in UK for our motorhome, they are excellent obviously need to be on mains electric.

Thanks Becker. I don't think that Ikea do electrical stuff south side, well certainly not on their website. Going to give Tekzen a try tomorrow.

It does look good Ttoli, but if you look on the Cyprus website, it's not there.

They are good & very fast. Think we paid around £30 at IKEA in UK. Just looked online it is called Tillreda priced at £39.

Went to Tekzen, Bimeks and tried the electrical store within Erulku, all with no joy today. They do have the standard portable electric and gas hobs, but that's not what I'm looking for. The Ikea one sounds great, just not within my grasp here, as they don't stock them in Cyprus store.
I'll head into Girne next week and check out some places there. Any further ideas where to check would be most welcome, preferably east side of Girne or Famagusta.
