If you mean Kerosine (Paraffin) it used to be sold at most garages, sorry I dont know if they still do but worth asking if you are at one. You may need to take your own container (eg. coke bottle), You could also try Aladin's Lamp (just past the Courtyard)

1001 used to sell it along with "Hurricane" lamps.

Lamp oil is called Kandil Yakita (according to the bottle I have).
When I couldn't find any I remember being advised to check petrol stations as some of them stock it.
