The units are meant to be sealed for life, so it sounds like a fault somewhere - could be simply that the pipe joints are not properly tightened. So get whoever does the work to check for leaks - you don't want a series of repeat problems.

We have twelve units and to our knowledge only two have ever had a problem in 15 years.... and then Temel fixed them years go and no problem since... Simply re-gassing won't get to the root cause of the problem.
