Car insurance at Metehan crossing

Does anybody know the working hours of the car insurance offices at the TRNC side at Metehan. My brother will be coming from Paphos but is unlikely to get there before 10.00 on a Sunday! Thanks for any help.

I'have had this problem before.
The office closed at 9pm.
I just booked myself into a cheap hotel for the night back in Larnaca, cost me around 20 euros.

He could drive to the border, leave the car there & then get a taxi or lift to you.
