trnc driving license

Having just aquired our first visa , we are now wanting to obtain our trnc driving license , would someone please explain the process .

completed application form, copy of passport with resi stamp, 2 photos and cash i think its about 250 for 3 years has to handed in in lefkosia to there office which is just round the corner fron the resi place go back about week later to collect

I did mine in girne tax office - unless thats just renewals?

Yes mate that is just renewals

Or you can go to the driving school on the same road as the police station Girne or opposite
Weds Market and for a fee they will take care of it for you, did mine a few years ago and they charged 50tl, it took a few days and then I collected it, no travelling or queuing at Nicosia!

i think they have now gone into bigger money ie tl eq sterling for there services but not used them so cannot confirm
