Not run out yet. With a card system to top up my water and the local council offices closed any ideas

I am sure I read somewhere that there is a machine down the side of the Council Offices where you can too up.

Yes there is a payment machine located on the right hand side of the payment office. If you walk down the right hand side about 5 mtrs down there are some glass doors that should be open just go in and the payment machine is just inside on the right and it should be open 24hrs/7days.

Is this top up water machine only for Alsanjac meters or would it service other areas if neeed be?
