Yesterday l posted something about a landlord who wants some students out of his apartment because they haven’t paid there rent due to the shut down but today we got a good review of another landlord who treated his tenant with respect and shows a good gesture ..
I think I should post this because it’s a good gesture
I had an agreement with my landlord to pay the rest of my house rent on March 31st. March 30th, I give him a call and he tells me not to pay till the covid-19 scare passes away.
This evening I'm home studying and he brings me a food package containing fresh beef, macaroni, bread, rice and tomatoes. He also distributes a package to all of his other tenants
