Re: Lockdown should continue
We've accepted this is bound to happen. Our neighbour allows his child to play in the streets with children from at least two other local families. I guess he thinks children can't possibly transmit this virus. Stupid but there you go. We haven't been out shopping since Saturday and we will have enough to keep us until at least Monday if we choose. Problem is I feel that the longer we delay, the riskier it will be once we do go out (or should I say I), given that new cases are emerging. Those of us with large gardens and a bit of space around us are the lucky ones. Get well soon to all those who have been struck down with this thing, whether it is down to bad luck or otherwise.

Re: Lockdown should continue
If the lock down was to stop now I would be both surprised and anxious. We are nowhere near the end of this and if we stop the precautions too soon we just risk undoing what we have as a community achieved despite the hindrance of those who think they now better. I am pleased that it is to continue for a while longer but also well aware many are suffering financially and may never recover. It is a tricky one for anyone to decide when to open up everywhere but I don't believe this is the time yet.
