As they are 'ranks' it would be nice if they ranged from NCO = no stars, through Brigadier = 1 star all the way to 5 star general and 6 star Field Marshal....

I think an opportunity has been missed by not just promoting him to Major Tom. After his recent number one I think a couple of duets with David Bowie on Space Oddity and Ashes to Ashes are a natural. Maybe the start of an album?
