And Dolmus testing supposed to be starting next Monday. Checking to see how long it takes to disinfect the vehicle between each run (and how many you can safely push into said vehicle to keep in with Social Distancing)!!

Not quite
“strict rules will be applied at airports and passengers will be required to take a PCR test two or 2 + 2 days in advance“.
Don't know how you do this/these?

Bit strange how the only news outlet (to my limited knowledge) reporting this is IGC.

From BRTK.net on 05 06 2020 13:06...
"Deputy Prime Minister Foreign Minister Kudret Özersay has announced that PCR testing will be made available for Turkish Cypriots who work in the south of the island.
“Turkish Cypriots whose jobs are at risk will be provided with PCR testing so they will be able to cross over to the south of the island but they will have to stay there until July,” Özersay said during his address of parliament on Thursday.
He added that crossings without quarantine could begin as of July 1 provided that there were no extraordinary developments or changes in the current situation.
Pointing out that each case should be evaluated within its own context deputy Prime Minister Foreign Minister Özersay reminded that they had made changes to the Social Assistance regulation in order to be able to assist those who work in the south of the island.
“We as the state and government are aware of our responsibilities towards the people. As of tomorrow those workers whose jobs are at risk in the south will be provided with PCR testing and they will be required to stay in the south until the July 1,” he said.
Noting that the most important factor for quarantine free crossings was for arrangements to be made for the PRC testing, Özersay reminded that they had begun PCR testing for the residents of Pile and that necessary measures had been taken."

Re: Back to normal July 1st
Simple!
Flight before 1st July - one set of rules....
Flight 1st July or after - another set of rules....
Just don't ask for or expect to know either set of rules.....
