The new extension to dual carriage way

I'm sure its been published somewhere as to who got the contract but I can't remember. Its the business of Lapta Marina which made me think about it. If memory serves, the contract for the dual carriage way went to a TRNC company, but delay after delay, re measuring, digging up time after time and then resurfacing, there was quite a long hiatus with everyone driving on the same side and for a time it was closed both sides. Eventually loads of machines and dozens of blokes turned up to finish the job. Apparently it was a Turkish company. I do hope the same doesn't occur again. Its going to be mayhem as it is, without having to stop and then a rescue company eventually called in.
