Following Dutch international Wesley's Sneijder arrival at Istanbul's Galatasaray, Chelsea's former high-profile striker Didier Drogba has joined him there (shown below in the Istanbul club's colours)

Meanwhile, across the Marmara Sea, Bursaspor have apparently been in negotiations with (believe it or not) Diego Maradona after Bursa's manager resigned at the weekend. If Maradona were to join the relative minnow, then he'd be managing Anton Ferdinand (yes, the one who had the infamous "conversations" with John Terry), former Arsenal player Colin Kazim-Richards and former England goalkeeper Scott Carson.
