Absolutely amazing service

Yesterday I went to ERSEM Yapi market in Aksancak to discuss supply and fitting of metal safety retainers either side of a downstairs loo. Celal made a a phone call and an hour later a bloke, who really knew what he was talking about, came to measure the size needed, together with cost of same. Today at 2.30 three guys arrived, rechecked the height, fitted them perfectly, asked for brush and dustpan to clear up, we paid and they left. I have heard glowing reports about Ersem in the past but this is the first time I have actually used their services and cannot praise them enough. Well done ERSEM Yapi Market.

We have used Ersem trading for 8 years.
Nothing to much trouble. Always YOU have to be happy with the job ,recommend to lots of people. Extra mile. No cheap crap as he will refuse to do the job.
