TechnoGold in Karakum near Erdener,...........NOT to be confused with Technomega in the old Botanica shop in Catalkoy, who's after care customer service is appalling.

Had an issue with a microwave purchased at TechGold took it back for 3rd time, the young man replaced it straight away, carried it to the car, what excellent service. We brought another appliance whilst in there.
Customer after care service is spot on

Rita the assistant has an amazing language translator on there phone great way to communicate.

All in all 1st class service for TECHNO GOLD keep up the good work.

If I was to buy a new TV from Technogold in Alsancak, do you think the aftersales service would be the same (if needed.)

I bought a laptop there very recently and I tried everything to get the thing ro recognized my printer, no chance, I told the guy my problem and he said bring the laptop and the printer in and said he would have a look at it, I went back a few hours later and he said via his amazing phone translater that he could not solve it but a friend of his would look at it in the next couple of days, I went back 2 days later and all working, no charge, great after/extra sales service
