Short term rental wanted - December

We have some friends coming over mid December for approx 2 to 3 weeks. Looking for a nice modern 4 TO 5 bed villa with a ground floor bedroom and toilet. Wheel chair access would be a bonus, but not essential.

Location: ideally, between alsancak to Catalkoy.
