I think it depends on your ticket type.

I've booked 2 flights with them recently and the reissue costs are detailed in the confirmation email. One lot, for this year, appear to allow changes for no fee and the other ones, for next year, show the attached message. I think it depends when they were booked. Obviously you have to pay any difference in fare between the old and new flights too.
