Anyone got Telesim internet

Friend of mine recently went with Telesim internet and seems not happy. Anyone else had problems

Yes it is very slow in the evenings

Strange to relate, my laptop is really slow to boot up in the evening, but TV, tablet and phones are fine. Do you think my laptop is trying to tell me it needs replacing.
