Amazon Echo 2nd generation(bought 2018

We moved to Famagusta 6 months ago.
In Dipkarpaz our internet was provided by Broadmax and we continued to stay with them in Famagusta, they came and installed everything - TV, Firestick, printer wifi, Alexa Echo - and all was well. Our router (Netgear) was fine but suddenly a couple of weeks ago it's plug/transformer and the router itself got really hot and we did not like leaving it on.I remembered that we had another router - TP - LINK . I decided to use that one and all was well for the TV, the firestick, the laptops and the wifi for the printer, but I cannot get the Alexa Echo going. I did all the usual thing, like unplugging etc, etc (as Alexa tells me) but its not working. I don't know what to do now.

Anybody can help me please???

Have you tried a factory reset? It worked for me when I was having issues with mine. Don't forget to link it to the correct Amazon Account.
