So terribly sad to see any animal starving. About 2am this morning there was loud barking and yelping in the street we live.
We put the outside lights on and counted 8 Dogs. This is starting to become a usual thing, it didn't happen a few years ago.
The poor Dogs. Not sure if the Belediyesi in Alsancak could help?
