Tool hire shop?

Does anyone know if there is anywhere you can hire tools please? I need a kango for about an hour. Is that the right name? I need to dig up a thin layer of concrete,

So far as I'm aware no such places exist now. The yapi market in Çatalkoy used to hire out tools but they either got returned broken or not at all in some cases so he stopped doing it. If it really is only a thin layer of concrete a hilti may be good enough if you know someone with one.

The Foreign Residents are starting a "borrowing" library for tools. Not the odd spanner or something, but tools like blowers. high ladders, that people can use for a day or so.
