Air traffic controllers 24 hour strike on March 14th ? ?

Does anyone no anymore about this ? and what can be done if your flight is cancelled ? ? Can you change flights or get refund ect ? ? I can't seem to get any clear information on what's happening ? ? I have somebody going on 8.30am Pegasus flight on the 14th and they are worried bandy !
