Rental contract.
As I understand it you need a contract in English and Turkish signed by a Noter and stamped at the tax office.
Firstly is this correct?
Also what is the % tax to register the contract and how much tax per month % for a Sterling contract.?
Where can I find a blank pro forma?
So many questions.
Thanks in anticipation.

Re: Rental contract.
Plus now there is also an "Earthquake Levy" on a £60 tax bill it was 220tl for the next 9 months.
I think they said that would also pay for the next Mercedes Fleet. I think that's what she said, I might have miss heard.

Re: Rental contract.
Unless things have channged the stamp duty is 0.5% of the monthly rental. The rental tax on Sterling contracts is 13% plus an additional 1.5% for the next 9 months.
You can pick up a blank proforma from the tax office. They are currently green and there's usually a stack on the counter or you can download a PDF here http://online-vergi.gov.ct.tr/?q=content/formlar. It's form no. 2 at the bottom of the page.

Re: Rental contract.
We only provided a contract in English a year ago, signed by both parties to the contract and this was accepted by the tax office. As I understand it you need a contract in English and Turkish signed by a Noter
Has this changed?

Re: Rental contract.
Contracts need to be in Turkish now
leventsamgar.com

Kira Sözleşmesi
Actually it's quite a simple contract .
You have never needed a noter sign it .
Just tenant and owner sign and i.d. and deeds copy
