[Hair Cut]

For some reason, I have not had the usual text and email for my electric bill. Does anyone know how I can find out my balance? I've tried paying a minimum amount hoping it would tell me what was outstanding, but no.

Any help would be great.

Have you tried putting your details into Paypoint if it's not showing up on Kibtek for you?

Whenever this happens I email call.center@kibtek.com quoting the Hesap Numarası from a previous bill in the heading and enclose a copy of a previous bill and ask them to send this month's bill. It happens frequently, they usually send it in a couple of days.
