My wife (Turkish ) found someone did a great job 700 tl ....

Same situation when I was looking for someone to recover a couple of arm chairs. I took whatsapp close up photos so no one could query the type of material I required. Went to three upholsters, had four HUGELY different quotes. I'm going to ask a local to go next time. I thought the days of doubling the prices for Brits were over, but clearly coming back.
