Its too true and I hate so called jokey cards like that. Not in the least bit amusing.

I believe that you do have to pay for the stamp and that it is taxed at the higher rate

benjaminbutton... sorry you didn’t find my joke aimed at the Labour Party’s unfair bill to cancel the Winter Payment funny, which yes it is indeed sadly true!! Maybe, no hopefully you will this one more to your taste.
