Yes , just return to your supplier but it has to be in your name. They would not change what I call mine as in husband's name until I produced him

Yes, any Turkcell or Telsim shop should be able to do it for you for a small fee. Take your passport with you.

I fairly recent had a problem and thought I could go to any Turkcell shop. Tried both Alsancak and Karaoglanoglu and they both directed me to the shop at the top of Girne High Street. Yes you will need your Passport.

Forgot to say, they checked back to see if I had a contract or was on Pay as you Go and wanted my address. I was able to tell them I had been with them for nearly 20 years and hadn't moved house. All seemed a lot of nonsense to me as they were able to check with their records. I might have had a Jobs Worth when I went.
