Shout out for Lifecell

My neighbours are coming out at the weekend and had let their internet subscription lapse last year. They needed to get it set up by Monday for work purposes. They tried to organise it with Lifecell themselves but not having a local telephone number it was difficult to arrange. I offered to go to the local Turkcell office in Esentepe to see if they would set it up with their details and my mobile. Went in this morning at 11am, used Google translate to explain the situation and he said that's fine. I got a call at 11:49 to say they could send an engineer at 2pm then a further call at 12:30 from the engineer asking if it was ok to come early. I WhatsApp'd the location to him and he arrived at 1pm, done and dusted in 30 minutes. 20Mbps for 499 TL per month, payment monthly in arrears. We have been with Lifecell for 3 years and are very happy, just have to negotiate with them price wise at renewal time.
