Rooftop Concrete Water Tank Removal!

Has anyone had this removed from the top of the roof? Only interested in those that have and had it replaced with a plastic water tank, I do understand that this is a major job hence the reason why I am asking!

Thank you the water supply is already diverted, and I understand this is a major project, hence the reason why I’m asking if anyone has actually ever had the concrete water structure removed?
