How much is a taxi if you book it from the south. Supposedly the greeks are revamping their taxi laws etc next april..

Last January, I was quoted 160 Euros DAYTIME from Larnaca to Lapta and 180 Euros NIGHT TIME, thanks but no thanks.
It’s Turkish Airlines for me from now on

Its a personal choice, depending where you pick up the plane in UK. Some family prefer to pay the 160 Euro and not wait 4 hours in Istanbul, others put up with the wait and save their Euros.

Following a car breakdown in South. Onroute to Larnaca. Taxi €180, Car recovery to North €300.
Taxi from North @ £75 is cheap. Just my experience

Was ripped off 4 weeks ago €220. No choice at 4am in the morning having waited over an hour for a booked TRNC taxi. which didn’t turn up. Not impressed! Wife in a wheelchair.

Larnaca flights seem to be like Marmite. Two weeks ago everything went fine both ways and as there were four of them dividing 160GBP from a local TRNC taxi firm seemed OK . It really does pay to become well acquainted with your TRNC taxi firm rather than just pick at random. I hope you went back to the company, and didn't do the British thing of 'not wanting to make a fuss' !!!!!
